Science

Our curriculum is designed with the intent to produce competent and ambitious students who can apply science to their everyday lives.  A curriculum where students can see clear pathways through to a plethora of careers in the subject.

The Orchards Academy science curriculum is implemented through a spiralised curriculum that offers, and expects in return, a high standard of teaching and responses that is adaptive to the needs of each individual cohort.  It is measured through formative data (by unit and across unit), summative data, student engagement and feedback.
